1. What is the Age Criteria for joining the course?
For beginners 5+years and Intermediate courses are designed for people who have learn Indian classical Vocal in prior. These courses cover the basics of music- Knowledge of sur, Taal, Tanpura, Introduction to some basic and mid-level concepts. Eg: Palta, Aakar etc.

2. What course should i choose if i have prior experience in learning Indian classical vocals?
To understand your knowledge and experience you will have to have a one on one Session with DeepShikha. On the basis of the session, Intermediate or Advanced course will be decided.

3. How to I Register for the course and How to make the payment for the course?
Go to course page and click on Register now. It ll redirect you to the Online registration form. On website there a QR code. Scan it and share the screenshot on Whatsapp number.

4. Do I Need my own Acoustic Taanpura for the classes?
Having an Acoustic Taanpura is not mandatory, though recommended. Within the course itself, tunning and playing of Taanpura will be explained in details. However a Taanpura app or electronic Taanpura is needed for practice. There are lotsa of Free Taanpura apps available on Android and ios systems. Connecting the phone to a speaker is useful and recommeded during practice.

5. In which language the Sessions would be provided?
We provide classes/Sessions in Hindi and English

6. How do you provide classes(Online or Offline)?
We provide Online classes in India and anywhere in world. For offline classes we are only available at Aundh Pune. Address is mentioned on the website.

7. How long does it take to learn Indian classical vocal music?
It depends on the practice and your dedication. Generally, for beginners it takes minimum 5years to learn Indian classical vocal.
